I was reading my 2009 Catalog, and I saw that the picture of the Pioneer loco showed a plastic bell. Does it have a fifth generation chassis, metal bell, and the same features as the fifth generation Big Haulers? EDIT: I found out that the Pioneer does have a metal bell.

Yes it has the latest Chassis.

Would expect using previous photos where there have not been substantial exterior changes would save a couple bucks on catalog production expenses.
