Dear sport1966,

http://anywho.yellowpages.com/product/DE/hobby

Narrow the search on the left side of the screen, or expand to MD, NJ, PA, VA

From "World's Greatest Hobby" "find a hobby shop" link, DE entries:

Seaside Hobbies, Ocean View, DE 19970 USA

HobbyTown USA, New Milford, DE USA

Go 'N Fast Slot Car Raceway Hobbies & Games, Laurel, DE 19958 USA

P T V Hobbies, Dover, DE 19901 USA

Millsboro Hobbies, Millsboro, DE 19966 USA

Mitchell's Family Store, Wilmington, DE 19803 USA

Also,

Check the small ads in the back of Model Railroader Magazine, arranged by state.

I just noticed that DE is about 7 miles wide at Middletown's latitude.  If you stay on roads, it's about 10 miles.

That's a 3.3 hour leisurely walk (3 mph) , or a 1 hour slow bicycle ride (10 mph).

Width of Texas:  773 miles.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Joe Satnik

If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.
