Operating Billboards

I have enjoyed the operating billboard since it was first available, however I am now in need of a new little man.  I contacted Bachmann, but they do not have parts, so I was advised to reach out to the forum.  Please advise.  Thanks, Al

Lionel makes a similar (but not identical) operating billboard. Perhaps the 'little man' from the Lionel billboard, could be used on the Williams / Bachmann billboard.
The other option would be to try to fix the original Williams / Bachmann 'little man'

2-15-16 update: Correction - No one makes any similar operating billboards, sorry to say. So you are Out Of Luck.
Best advice would be to try fixing the original Williams / Bachmann 'little man'.
