What is the status of the new 2-8-0s with dcc and sound?

As I recall, these were announced as due in December 2016.

Still waiting to shop for my Christmas present.

At this point new items are expected in April, as thy will ship after Chinese New Year.

Thank you for the update. I have been "lobbying" for this locomotive
to be offered because I have two of the dcc ready locomotives in which
I hired dcc with sound to be installed.  They are two of my favorite
locomotives.  Every one who viewed the YouTube videos of them
seemed interested in having one.

I noticed this 2-8-0 with dcc and sound is listed as reserve by an online retailer.  The notice
say December 2017 delivery.
Is this correct?

Well, I see these are listed in the Micro Mark "Winter 2018" catalog.  But, nowhere else, yet, so probably still not available. 

It would be nice if the Bachmann folks would at least tell us here on their own forum what the current schedule looks like.
