I have an ez command dcc controller  .The sound and lights on my sound value gp7 works but the engine will not move.
What could be the problem?

Broken wire connection to the motor possibly or a bad motor driver on the decoder board. They use wire caps to attach the wires to the circuit board that come loose,or the China wire just breaks. If you are inclined to fix it yourself the shell must come off then you find the motor wires and follow them back to the circuit board caps. Give them a little tug and you should find your bad connection . Or send it back if under warranty.
