Hi all, I wanted to share the news about a movie that involves history of a fallen railroad . The movie is "Kansas Pacific"  it was filmed in 1953 and is an old "B" movie.  Yes,it is a western that takes place just as the civil war began. The Kansas Pacific was being built between Kansas city to Denver CO.  When  confederate saboteurs were trying to stop construction before its completion.
I purchased the movie new on DVD for a mear $6.99 + shipping.
It can be found on Amazon or best-buys web site.
The B&W  version or color is available.
A must see for steamer fans or historians alike.
A forgotten classic. Family friendly to boot! Wink Cheesy
