Go to the top of the web page here and click on Service/Parts.  Call that number and dial in the extension number.  I've never had any problems doing it that way.

Dear #94,
I always call the 215 number and ask for the person I want. Your best bet is Bridget, until you know who you're likely to need.
Have fun!

All,

Just curious but has anyone tried the Fax number?
If so with what results? yes, no, maybe, never, sometimes?
I t would seem to me that a reply by fax would be easier as it could be hand written as opposed to having to use a work station and logging on.
Check on parts/repair availability and scribble a quick note and fax it back?

Cheers,
Rich R
