Title: Baltimore Peter Witt Delayed?
Post by: Lee Carlson on October 08, 2009, 03:42:29 PM
I've read elsewhere that the Peter Witt is delayed until next year.  :'(
Any truth to that, Bach-Man?

Hi, Lee-
I've requested an updated production schedule; I'll let you know what I learn.
Have fun!

Thank you.  The car sure looks good.  Let's hope
that it is a successful model, and the first of several
traction models produced.  With those underfloor power
trucks, wouldn't a 15-bench Connecticut Company open
car be a big hit?

Hi, Lee!
A Connecticut car would be a beauty!
I'm at the York TCA Show, and word is the Peter Witts will not be here until Spring.
Have fun!

Mr. Bach-Man,
Any idea on the color scheme of the Cleveland Peter Witt models? My 2009 catalog does not show a photo available. I would love to have one of those for my layout.
Cobrabob.

Dear Bob,
They are a sort of ochre yellow with red pinstripes and an ivory window band, quite attractive!
Have fun!
