Could you give us a little more information, please?  Things like the kind of decoder and who installed it, what kind of a DCC system you have, and a description of what you are doing when the decoder fries would be very helpful to know.

If you are repeatedly burning up decoders in a particular locomotive, suspect a problem with that locomotive.

If you are burning up decoders in several different locomotives, then suspect your command station/booster and/or its power supply.

If you are burning up decoders in several different locomotives and they are all ones that you have installed decoders in, suspect your methodology (or that of the person who does installations for you.)

If your layout is large enough to have multiple boosters, suspect a wiring error.

Without the added information OldTimer requested, all we can do is make generalized suggestions.
