I thought W/WBB only made the GP38.  ARR has the GP40, but the closest model in the WBB line is the 38!

DCC?  Don't have a clue!

I thought that DCC was for use with D.C.(direct current) and not for use with most three rail O gauge.
DCC may work with G gauge trains as they run on D.C. from what I have been told. You may need to buy DCC parts for G gauge because of power requirements.  Check the DCC Q & A board for help.
