Title: steam units & sound decoders

we all strive to make our railroads look and sound  more realistic  ;) can a few people please help me out  ??? q#1: can you install smoke units into the THOMAS range steamies  ??? q#2: can you record your own sounds into sound decoders  ??? and q#3: how much would it cost: mega bucks or pretty cheap  ??? ??? ???

1. With heavy modification a smoke unit will fit in...
2. With a Loksound decoder I believe its possible to download sounds onto it or something but don't quote me on that.
