whats your thoughts on the railpro setup opposed to the regular dcc setup. thanks

it certainly is an interesting concept.     it would be great if it caught on, or was made truly compatable with dcc.

that said, i am concerned about the use of incompatinle technology.   anybody remember beta vs vhs? beta, though a better techno;ogy, was proprietary to sony, and quickly disappeared.    my concern is that this system will also disappear, and not be supported in the future.  so i'll take a wait and see approach for now.  but if it catches on and becomes more widely available (by more than one manufacturer) i'd probably buy one.
