Don't know the roadname, but it's a runner up for a kitbash project on one of bachmann's 4-4-0 spectrum series :)

It looks like "M&A" on the tender.

I tried to find a M & A railroad. I did find a Mississippi and Alabama. They did have a 4-4-0 but in the end they were burning wood.

Dear All,
I believe it's Missouri & Arkansas' #17. The bell position is identical to their 2-8-2 #33, pictured on page 177 of Mallory Hope Ferrell's _Slow Trains Down South_, Volume II.
