how do i add a picture/text icon (the little picture in the upper left corner of a message)
Its an avatar and you link to a website or upload one in your profile.
how do i do that
Go to "Forum Profile Information" under "Modify Profile" on the left side. Go to the part where it says "I have my own pic" and "I will upload my own picture". Now:
If your picture is from the Internet, put in the adress in the "I have my own pic" bar.
If it's from your computer, put it in the "I will upload my own picture" bar.
For the text, type it in the "Personal text" bar.

2. Click on "Forum Profile Information" under "Modify Profile."
3. Open a new window, go to a http://www.google.com, and find a picture you want to use.
4. Copy the address aka link for this picture then go back to your bachmann window.
5. Click the "I have my own pic" button and paste your link into the space provided next to the "I have my own pic" text.
6. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click change profile.
Some pictures may be too big.
If they are too big save the picture to your desktop, Go to http://www.imageshack.us , Click on "browse" or "choose file"and find the image you saved to your desktop and select it. Click "Resize Image" To the right of "Resize Image" Click the bar and scroll up to "100x75 avatar". Then click upload. After it loads, scroll down and copy the link where it says direct link or something similar to direct link. Go back and start over at step 5.
