Title: Coupler screws
Post by: randerson on February 12, 2007, 06:27:45 PM
Can someone tell me the size of the single screw that holds the coupler box and coupler together, on Bachmann on30 rolling stock?

I lost one today & don't seem to have anything remotely small enough.

Thanks,

Rich

Dear Rich,
I'd guess 0-80, but I'll get a ruling tomorrow.
Have fun!

I would guess that the screw is probably a 2 mm screw.  I think most all the imported models now come with metric screws.  Mr. Bach-man??

Rich, I've got several that I'm not using, since I mount new coupler pockets on all my freight cars.  Drop me an email and I'll drop 10 in an envelope.
