The redesigned Peter Witt replacement boards are now available at no charge through our exchange program. Please follow these steps to exchange your board:
Step 1. Email parts@bachmanntrains.com in the subject line type: LS Peter Witt Board Exchange. Email us your mailing address.
Step 2. We will send out a self-addressed postage paid envelope, and instructions on how to remove the board.
Step 3. Enclose your board and the packing list provided in the postage-paid envelope and send it back to us.
Step 4. When we receive your board, we will exchange your board with a redesigned board.
