Can anyone tell me what the dimension of the foot of the Bachmann large scale brass rail is? I need to know if the joiners will join onto the track I already have, which has a foot 6mm wide

I see no one has responded so I will risk a response and hope it helps.
You did not say what track you have, but the brass track is not compatible with the steel track that comes in trainsets.
I don't have any that is loose to measure, but on my layout it works fine with the major brands of track like LGB, USA Trains, and Aristocraft. I can't speak for other brands not mentioned.
