Can you tell  me  if the  Vandy tender on the  N Scale GREAT NORTHERN 4-8-4 Locomotive with Vandy Tender Bachmann New 58154 or 58157 comes apart to enable the installation of a decoder in the temder

Yes it does but it does not have tender electrical pickup.

Is this a Spectrum model? Does it have low profile wheels?
