Title: WYE for HO
Post by: Wutulookinat on August 27, 2017, 06:22:06 PM
I'm trying to lay down a WYE using e-z tracks. I can't figure out which tracks to use. Could someone please help with which tracks to use so that everything fits in place?
Thanks for the help

There's some info on building a wye with EZ-Track here: http://cs.trains.com/mrr/f/11/t/227309.aspx

Wyes are great .  They were a lot more common than turntables in steam days, much cheaper to build and easier to maintain.  The problem was how much space was needed for them.  Not a problem on a country branchline but a big problem on most layouts, including mine.  I dream of the day I will be able to run a steam mixed train down the same branchline I've always modeled and be able to turn the engine on a wye at the end.
