can the bell be turned off somehow? I have tried turning off in sound control but does not work

The bell toggles on and off using the bell button on the train control screen.
The bell volume can also be set to "0" using the volume slider in the sound panel. In IOS you must slide the sound panel all the way out to access the volume sliders.
