What's the best DCC w/sound out there for a budget? Which ones are best to stay away from?

Anything in the 'Sound Value' line is a great bargain.  I have 3 diesels and 2 steamers that are Sound Value.  All run well and sound fine, albeit with reduced features.  However, for the money, they serve their purpose very well.

Bachmann RS3 with DCC sound or the Bachmann 2-6-0 with DCC sound...I have 3 of each...sounds are excellent and they run very well..all for a great price.
