Title: Santa Fe 4-8-4 front pilot.

I just purchased an Santa Fe 4-8-4. It's the version front the train set. The front pilot keeps tilting up and derailing around curves only going forward.

Check the spacing between the wheels using an N scale wheel gauge.

Make sure the pilot truck isn't installed upside-down. I've seen that before.
