One exists, and it's made by Fox Valley Models.

Unfortunately, the FVM model is based on a very specific Milwaukee Road prototype and not really practical for other uses.

A more generic 4-4-2 would fill a much needed hole in the N scale steam lineup - and something that would definitely be right in Bachmann's wheelhouse. I hope they do it someday!
