Title: knob on tender
Post by: RAM on December 18, 2008, 10:01:54 PM
I moved this over here for 50z0s   or was it 5ozos.  I'm new to this board and new to "O" guage trains.  I bought a Williams (I think 464) engine and tender.   In the back of the engine is a knob that can be turned.  What does that knob do?  Sorry to be so ignorant, but I am, lol.

That is probably the flywheel that you are talking about.  It allows the loco to drift after you turn off the power.
