i bought prr 4-6-2 spectrum at train show, it didn't have any papers with it.
beside the warranty card. now one of the pins came out of the rods... lost.
can bachmann send me papers and parts? don't want to send back and wait for months, just started layout in feb. still too much fun!
I have a b-mann diesel and the light doesn't work i have tried to fix it but nothin.
I think your 'best bet' would be to call Bachmann (ask to speak to Bridget), describe the problem to her and see what she says.
I'm guessing it's pretty likely that you will have to send it in for repair or replacement.
