1  Discussion Boards / Williams by Bachmann / E-Z Street Layout Design on: October 29, 2015, 10:27:26 AM
On my old PC, I had software for Super Streets layout design, but now, with a MAC,
I can't find any design software.  Does anyone know of any that is MAC compatible?
Thanks,
Lee

Do you mean Peter Witt?

Here is a video I made of the runs out of Manassas this past weekend:

With all the interest in the N&W 611, now that it's part of the 21st Century Steam program,
is Bachmann considering adding it again to available products?
You could have sold 1000 of them in Manassas this past weekend.

I just looked at the photos of the 60' Madison cars on the Products page.
They already have vestibules, at both ends.

Are E-Z Street products available now?  Need some straight and D-21 curves, but also desperately
need D-21 switches.

Another solution is to buy any diesel of the model you want, strip the paint from the body,
repaint to the color you want, add decals, and Voila!

What great news!  It's been a while since I've logged in to this site, and was unaware that this product was to be made.  I had just started planning and assembling SuperStreets stuff for my trolley line when it was discontinued by Brand X.

Is there a listing of what will be available?  I'm particularly interested in switches in D-21.

Again, great news!

This seems to be the major flaw with the car.  Otherwise, it's a real honey!
Too bad a little more thought wasn't given to how streetcars operate.  The way it is now, the car is useless on an automated streetcar line.

The show was fantastic!  Over 7 acres of trains, in 4 buildings.
I had time to chat a little with the Bach-Man, and got to see
the Peter Witt.  What a beautiful model that is.  Can't wait until
it's released.

After being trainshowed out, my friends and I headed to Palmer,
where the CSX Boston Line and the New England Central Mainline
cross on a diamond, and the Mass. Central comes to the junction,
and 4 Amtrak trains a day pass.  We also got to see a Loram rail
grinder train pass us while we ate lunch in the Steaming Tender
Restaurant, which is the old Palmer Union Station.

Anyone within 3 or 4 hours should mark his/her calendar for next
year.  The trip is worth it.

Good morning, Bach-Man!

I'm looking forward to seeing you again this year at the big train show this coming weekend at West Springfield, MA.

Sure hope you'll have samples of the WBB Peter Witt trolley with you.

Cheers,

Thank you.  The car sure looks good.  Let's hope
that it is a successful model, and the first of several
traction models produced.  With those underfloor power
trucks, wouldn't a 15-bench Connecticut Company open
car be a big hit?

I've read elsewhere that the Peter Witt is delayed until next year.  Cry
Any truth to that, Bach-Man?

Let's not forget that the railroad's name is
Long Island Rail Road (4 words).  Many of
the early roads used two separate words.
The Strasburg Rail Road is another example.

You sure wouldn't want your model to be
incorrectly lettered now, would you?

Hi Bach Man,

That sure is good news about the Peter Witts, now that
I'm building a 3-rail O gauge module for display at the
Shore Line Trolley Museum!

Another suggestion:   Since Bowser has gone out of
the O gauge trolley business, maybe WBB should
look into acquiring the Bowser line.  Some very tough
cars there.   Please forward my suggestion to the
powers that be.

Haven't seen you in a while.  Hope all is well.

Thanks,
Lee
