Watched Train Tsar Fun's unboxing and first run video for Paxton and Grumpy Diesel, and I swear that Grumpy Diesel's faceplate is ever so slightly smaller than regular Diesel's faceplate is.

Possibly because I think it might be his cgi face that it looks smaller.

Not mine, but Train Tsar Fun posted a video of his Paxton and Grumpy Diesel that he got on his YouTube channel:

I saw his video yesterday it was very entertaining!

I liked your review also Chaz. I agree with you the face plate doesn't really bother me.

That seem true about Sidney. I can't really remember him in the show. I believe he was in like three episodes?

The only episode I noticed Sidney was in The Missing Christmas Decorations.

By looking up Sidney he's in 13 episodes and movies with 5 cameos. So I believe is he a unforgettable character.

Well he really surprised me! I didn't notice it was the same car, but it was very detailed change of the mouth and eyebrows.

I checked Christopher's books. I don't have any of his works. I was surprised that some of the stories went into the live action.

Thanks for that wonderful information. I'll look to see about the new stories from Christopher.

That looks very good.

What book chapter it is in? I can't seem to remember that when I reading. I do have the complete book series.

Is anyone else concerned about the prototype of Rusty not being out yet, and there aren't any updates on him.

Yes I'm worried too. I have money reserved for him. I got to be careful that I don't spend it.

Mattel might have a tighter leash on what Bachmann can make. This can explain recolors and face changing engines.

Whether or not the new cars are based on CGI or the classic series.

Bachmann could remake the old tar and oil tank cars. A nice repaint would a plain silver with no markings. Since the old cars are rare to find.

If the original break down train was to expensive to make with the including the matching green unit car. Why would Mattel or Bachmann decided to make a more expensive item like Rocky?  I like Rocky but I don't love him. I love the original break down train. Besides wouldn't you need two Rocky's to pick up locomotives like Gordon and Henry?

I didn't mind the Sodor name company cars. It made the island bigger or interesting freight cars off the island.  (Journey Beyond Sodor special)

J70Toby and BassTbone thanks for the comments.

I saw your Thomas layout Thomasfan. It was impressive! Was it around the whole room? I did lost after you starting about switches that run on multiple lines. Another than that it was a very good layout.

BassTbone that is a very good looking Smudger.

You think that Duke created Smudger to keep Stuart and Falcon on good behavior?  Probably so but he still a good character kind of like Duncan in a way.

If I bought something in Europe. What shipping method should I get.

I saw a Peco brown box van and slate wagons at Hattons. Should it matter if the slate wagons don't have the wooden bumpers? Or was this added for the Thomas line?

I also wanted to get 2 signs for my future locomotives from Narrow Planet.

Yes this is first time ordering something from overseas international country.

Those sets would be easier for little kids to handle. And probably easier for the parents who don't like to spend extra money on electric trains. Since we all know how long these trains will last before they get broken within a 3-9 year old.

Does anyone know the price range for the Narrow Gauge coaches yet?

I would like to get 6 of them (for pre-order) but I'm worried that I wouldn't save enough. I estimated about $70 to 80 dollars since the NG box vans were that price.

I know it's a ballpark guess.
