Instructions say to operate using minimum 90 watt transformer;  Your catalog shows only heavy duty 80 watt unit.  Want to use horn/bell.  Unit runs fine on old Lionel 110 watt unit but unable to use horn/bell.  What do you recommend ???

Hello,

The instructions were written when the only wattages available were 25, 40, 90 and greater.  80 watts will be OK as long as you do not have a huge passenger train with a lot incandescent light bulbs.

If you want to use the 110 watt you will need to add a horn/ bell button. They were made by several manufacturers a few years ago.

I think also your instructions should state W/WBB will trun TMCC/L in conventional mode.  I hace used a Cab-1 with either a TPC or PM and a PH or PW transformer with NO PROBLEM!

If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.
