is there a gas turbine locomotive for n scale help me out here
City of Truro, Flying Scotsman, and the Mallard. Who will be the next to break the speed.

Concor made some veranda style turbines years ago. It is similar to their U50 models. You may find them on *bay. AFAIK they have been OOP for many years.

I'd like to see Bachmann re-run their Spectrum Centennials.

you have two options
1) concor veranda turbine, out of production, but still out there.

2) brass models, $500+

Hmm not bad these actually look pretty good will they run on bachmann track and do they couple with bachmann cars

you really need to hacv a min radius of about 18" to operate these locos.
they will run on smaller curves, but they will not like it much, and look bad to boot.

I have one of the Con-Cor Veranda turbines. It is quite the locomotive. I run mine on my 11.75" radius Bachmann EZ track on occasion, and it takes 'em fine.

It has the standard N scale Rapido couplers, so yes, it will couple to Bachmann cars.
