Did Bachmann ever make a N Scale C39-8E in Norfolk Southern road number 8667?
I'm trying to identify a Spectrum loco being offered for sale with road number NS 8667 which was a prototype C39-8E.

It's a C40-8 in NS paint. There are no true C39's available in RTR form. It's a close enough. Atlas did the same thing with their C40-8's.

There have been two different batches of these, before and after the blower duct revision. The number you are looking at is probably the early version release.
