Has anyone else been experiencing your calls not being answered by Bachmann Customer Service? I have been calling 2 days in a row now and no one picks up at all.  :-\

     I've exsperienced that last week,  but they do have two phone numbers listed.  I got nowhere with their 800-number, so I tried the other number and asked to be switched to the service dept.  After doing that I talked to someone and resolved my problem. ;)
Try calling both numbers and see which one takes you where.
