Sound Decoder

I have a DCC on30 porter that I would like to add sound to.  Can someone tell me what sound decoders would work?  I will be adding a tender for the speaker but I am hoping that a simple plug and play installation might be available.

There are different levels of easy depending on what you want. You will have to do some soldering.
