Bachmann DCC

I have a Bachmann engine with a 4 digit address, how do I change the address to a single digit so I can use the Bachmann DCC E-Z command controller to run it?

You won't actually change the number to a single digit. You'll change it to be operated by one of the single digit buttons
on your EZ Command. The instructions are in the booklet and, I think, on the DVD which comes with the controller.
