Will EZ Command DCC controller control sound?

I have a EZ Command DCC controller by Bachmann (bachmann product BAC44902). it controls speed direction and lights.  I plan to buy a Bachmann locomotive equipped with DCC Sound value (for example Bachmann Industries F7-A DCC Sound Value Equipped HO Scale #4271 Diesel Norfolk Southern Locomotive product # 64303)
Can I control sound with what I have or I need additional hardware?

Yes - EZ Command is capable of triggering all the sound features of a "Sound Value" locomotive. It is a great introductory (and inexpensive) way to get started in the world of DCC/Sound!

Pressing the "Function Key" will cause the 1 to 8 keys to activate the functions assigned to these keys by the decoder manufacturer to operate. The 10 key will now operate the lights.
