Sound Value gp 40 for the Bachmann

Hello,
Seen an add for a preorder for the new soundvalue gp 40.I really  not like doing pre orders since there are conveyance factors ,but there are questionable net security issues hence JP MORGAN/CHASE /Home DEPO ECT ECT... .They stated a DUE DATE OF 10-2014. Is this close and Is this a retool or the same gp 40 AS The dcc version ?

Same GP-40 as recent offerings. Sound Value board and speaker are new.

Great have they made it to the states yet? Interested what they did with the UP paint Scheme compared to the older un numbered version that was needing your new painter because he or she or it is spot on with this new stuff!
