Replacement Trucks and Drivelines for HO Shay

I replaced the bevel gears on an HO Shay some time ago.   I now need to replace a universal on the drive line. Replacement trucks are not in stock, but I can buy a replacement driveline.  If I buy the new driveline, will it have the new bevel gears on it, or should I install the replacements from the new driveline?   If I am going to need to install  the improved bevel gears I would like to do it at the same time as installing the driveline.
