Where to by lithium ion batteries and holders

I lost my links as to where to purchase batteries to build my own packs.  I know Loco Bill builds his own.  Any help? ;D

I use these batteries they are very reliable:

You can also now buy 18650 battery holders with a built in Protection circuit (PCB) which will allow you to use non PCB Protected Lithium IOn batteries. 
I love them because it is easy to quickly check each cell when problems arise.

The above are just starting points.  You can also find may sellers of Lithium Ion batteries on Amazon and Ebay  I would search using "18650 Lithium Ion Battery"  I would stick with ratings of 2200, to 3600 Mah capacities.  I find that the 2200 and 2600 capacities seem to be most reliable. 

Hopefully others will post recommendations other than the above.
