Suggestion: New product using old parts toolings

While looking at scans of old catalogs, I discovered that Bachmann used to produce an "Action Caboose", which had a sliding door and automatically picked up mail from a mail hook as it passed just like RPOs did in real life. It occurs to me that if the toolings for the mechanism are still extant and in good shape, they could with slight modification be used in conjunction with a modified RPO shell tooling to produce an operating RPO.
