DCC and light board on non-DCC 2-6-6-2

I have several 2-6-6-2s that need decoders.  I have no problem installing the decoder to make the loco run; however, I need advice on connecting the light board to the decoder to make it function properly.  I think this was addressed on this discussion board, but for the life of me can't find it now.  TCS has taken down their installation instructions.  Thanks for any help.

The decoder gets placed in the spot with the removable weight -



Bachmann has provided contact plates for track power and color-coded wiring leads for motor and lighting control all in that same general vicinity. Installation instructions here -
