Has anyone else experienced the loss of the ability to receive Notifications on Topics

I'm good Jim, I'm still getting them.
No problems on my end.
Using Firefox browser with ancient AOL account.
They get caught in my spam filter and I fish them out.

I have been using Chrome for a couple of years now and always got them until just recently James when I stopped getting them.  Very strange.  No changes to my filters or anything of that nature.
