Quartering tool

Hi guys,
I am thinking of purchasing a NWSL 44-4 "The Quarterer"tool.I am having serious frustration in trying to quarter two of my Bachmann "Connies"!!I have spent hours trying to get them right .
Has anyone used this tool with success on a Bachmann 2-8-0?
I would love to purchase the Quarterer 11 from NWSL, but super expensive for me given i am not in America.

I can't say specifically for the Bachmann 2-8-0, but I used the NWSL Quartering Tool on a lot of different locos before I retired from my repair shop. It works as advertised, just make sure you follow the directions.
