Bachmann EZ Track Layout Book

What ever happened to the Bachmann EZ Track Layout Book?  It was released (last spring I believe) and now the only way you can get it is to buy the expander set of EZ Track.

Actually, it is still in the (hopefully immediate) future. I am told it is at the printer's. Hopefully we'll see it soon.
