Yay, a hard one. The emblem on the nose almost looks Scottish. Looks to be a heavily modified F by looking at the pilot, or maybe its an oversees EMD...

F9PHA now at OCS. I found this picture after searching through rrpicturearchives.net

from the picture description: "The RCA Power sits under the trainshed in SLUS. These are nice, attractive looking locomotives, and they are well maintained. I hated to see them go. They have since been sold to KCS and then NS, where the now serve as the OCS Power"

Oh, I couldn't figure out at all what 'OCS' was. I was looking through all the reporting marks and came up with nothing. Now I feel smart...

the roll-eyes smiley has never worked properly,
to get it into a message you have to copy and paste its url,
which is:

http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/board/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif

then put that between the [ img] tags (same as any other photo you want to insert into a message)
the result is:

Its not the model, something about the loco, Scotty will spot what is wrong most likely.
