Dr EMD

I would have accepted EMD by itself. But once you tied it with General Motors, it's incorrect.

EMD is now Electro-Motive DIESEL.

I pass to anyone who wish to post a photo with the question.

Hi

Switzerland.

Due to shortage of coal during WW II, two class E3/3 switchers were equipped with heating elements in the firebox and pantographs on the roof.

With enough steam built up, they could also do switching anywhere.

A model of a E3/3, (nickname "Tigerli") was once made by Liliput of Austria.

it was just my opinion

Thomas..
this is a reply to your note..
notice that it contains "words" that form "sentences" that actually are an attempt to say something coherent to another person...and especially notice that the reply was made soon after your post..the same day in fact. there wasnt a gap of several weeks..

now..what you need to do is wait 3 or 4 weeks before posting another reply in this thread..then when you do, make it something totally insubstantial that adds no meaning or depth to the conversation..
something like "whatever" or "this is a busy thread!" or something like that..

I will check back in a month or so for your thoughtful reply!
