I have a 2-6-6-2 loco to return for repairs. Do you require customers to include the several diagram pages, warranty information sheets etc, with the loco or can that these papers be left out ? This model is a very tight fit to slip back into the plastic sleeve if these documents are included.

Thanks...

Dear teach,
Just returning the loco will suffice.
Have fun!

Bach man, I have a doodlebug that didn't have traction tires.  It barely pulls its self.  Can I return it  to just have traction tires put on.  I have the service address.  How much do I include so it will get done.  I am in no hurry but would like a working engine.  Thanks

Dear Poppy,
Traction tires fit in a groove in the wheel. They can't be added to a wheel without a groove without lifting another wheel off the rail.
If you mean that you want the service department to groove the wheel first, then the answer is no. That's not the sort of thing that they're equipped to do.
Have fun!
