why would they make them for the THOMAS brand

I didn't say that. Bachmann could make them for the Casey Junior and Friends brand.

There is no Casey Junior & Friends brand. They are all different characters from different stories, sorting the copyright out for all of them to come under one banner would be a nightmare.

And BTW, if you are wanting Standard Gauge stock to go with your G scale items, you don't want Gauge 3. You want G64, I'm re gauging my Bachmann Thomas items to fit it in an effort to find a cheap source for a power unit.

Gauge 3 and G64 are the same!!!

Gauge 3 = Majorly Course Scale.
G64 = Fine Scale.

What is "Casey Junior and Friends" anyway?

jettrainfan

i think it was a series on youtube... anyway, it included some famous engines like Casey junior from dumbo, the elephant and Tillie from the little engine that could.

Well, the chances of Bachmann making them is like the chances of Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver ext. in season 14. And also, not trying to be rude by why hasn't antbody posted anything in like a week? I know we don't respond quickly to posts but it doesn't take this long. Again ot trying to be mean.

GWR14

well, we really dont have much to talk about, everything some how turns into an argument. i honestley couldnt even remember my user name, i had to go find one of my posts to remember  ;D

WE NEED MORE PARTS! like:

headlamps
buffers
body shells
wheels
traction rods
"cupling" hooks
eyes
whistles
gears
chassis
ect....ect....

i, for sure, need some parts and i can't find them anywhere. plus, i don't want to spend the money for another engine.

jettrainfan

Out of that list, I just want the kitbash things! (Headlamp, buffers, shell, ect.)

All, second that one. To get buffers, you have to buy the whole footplate.  :P

Anthony P2

not really. there is a little "peg",i guess you would call it, on the back of each buffer. The peg goes in a hole on the footplate, then the peg is melted so the buffer will stay. that also goes for the lamps, whistles, hooks, lamp irons, break pipes, ect...

Hoss

The break off so darn easy though. At least for me anyway. You could use plastic welder on them. I have with excellent results.

Someone please respond to this. O.K. On youtube and in pictures I see Spencer with buffers and without buffers in the front. Can someone please tell what he has or if all the models are different. I would like to know before considering buying him.

shining time

he has buffers  but his are one piece front and all there more fragile than the normal buffers on the other engines.
long live the GWR, LNER, and the narrow gauge railways
