Broken #6 cross-over

I have a new #6 cross over on which the points have come off. It looks like one of the places that the point is bolted to the track just gave up with metal fatiuge.

What's Bachmann's replacement policy. I ordered these though the Bachmann website.

Track is almost an "expendable".  Switches are delicate and once in a while, they break usualy due to heavy handedness on installation.

Not saying you were heavy handed.

Buy a new one and put it down to experience.

I have the same problem on BOTH of mine, one even came without one rail... Are they still under warranty after 3 years?
