Hello,
In my instruction (Bachmann EZ Command) it said control direction, light and sound) (SOUND!!!) it is rigth.

If you have a sound decoder, the E-Z Command will turn  on/off the sound assigned to Functions F1 thru F8. Likely F10 will turn on/off the headlight.

Yes, it will control a limited number of sounds - works well with my QSI® equipped Atlas TM models.
