Anniversary Car Have New Undercarriage?

Mr. Bach-mann, or some other list resident, can you tell me if the 175th Anniversary boxcar (On30, of course) is equipped with the new undercarriage?  I cannot visually tell if it is lower than my other Bachmann boxcars.
