I followed your instructions for installing a decoder  ( dh 123 ) into a h 16-44 and now I have another decoder equipped loco. The toughest thing was keeping the curved metal wipers down under the body when putting on the trucks and with only one hand. But it went smoothly and I wanted to say thank you for the 'how to' article. Paul
